TARGET: Kid at Heart. Adults are losing touch with a sense of play, there is a stigma after you transition into adulthood to get serious and dismiss playing. Play is perceived as unproductive, petty, or a guilty pleasure. But in fact, a childlike sense of play is useful in lowering stress, creative thinking/problem solving, building and sustaining relationships, and intimacy as an adult.
